I just bought 20k RT just to try hows the capsule luck, i won Gold Bass from the Gold Mix Weapons and Shirin Shinobi Googles from the Ninja Set, i won them when i was with no hopes because i was with 8k, i will say the chances are every 20 spins you will win 1 rare, just saying!! its no official.
