I took a look a the fx.dat file, and saw this.
Im sure, this is totally wrong.
I added the fx fle from ToyWars Thailand in MicroVolts and the FPS lags are fixed. The lag when the game end still exist + small fps drops (like normal).
If I get the seal of approval from a Mod or Fruity, I will put the download link here.
